THE PROPHET WHO SOLD A CUBE OF SUGAR FOR ONE THOUSAND
NAIRA AND BEAT AN OLD WOMAN FOR WITCHCRAFT AT THE NATIONAL STADIUM SURULERE.

On a Thursday evening precisely at 4:40pm I was at the stadium for a checkup and I saw a set of people seated facing a stage so I thought well that there was going to be a program and I went my way but later that night a correspondence told me there was a vigil program at the national stadium and she is going to be there and I have a meeting to conclude with her so I had to make it up to be there with her for that night, on that night my experience were such that you have to go to a dark distance toilet where the 1.5 KV power generator planted to supply light for safety use of the facility was down occasionally and the security personnel of the organizer’s put pressure on the people not to pee anywhere except inside the toilet, and command of different seizes from the stage, from men of the Prophet who as they come in turn to the microphone, regulating a slogan, saying “ to ba fe ri Ogo lo” – the meaning of this in pidgin English is that “if you want to see a glor y to use” such individual should come out with two thousand Naira cash in their hands raised up and I saw a crowd cut out into the large space left between the stage and the set of roll and column of plastic chair some of which are even rented from the organizer by some folks in the congregation who arrived late to the program, and they were asked to pray the “ if you want to see glory use in your life” prayer point and drop the cash on the stage where some lady ushers came to pack them away in a polythene sack, and more in different seizes, another twenty thousand Naira set were told to come on the stage and make transfer, those ones were about fifty to sixty of them, and also another twelve thousand Naira set too were given same privilege on the stage they also did transfer of the cash, like that till another two different large set of a thousand Naira note drop on the stage, because those ones are large crowd they got to drop their own on the stage from the space in the down stage where they were standing and march back to their sit, on and on like that until they got to the point when a cube of sugar was raised up for a thousand Naira for whoever want a sure breakthrough according to the man who said “Baba have already concluded the spiritual deeds on the cube”
And anybody that get it have gotten a banker jackpot for their breakthroughs in a week time, while some people troop out some are crumbling by my side saying “why calling for money all of the time” and the guys out on the open space were asked to queue in seven rows, from the first column to my side I could count about sixty and more on that queue multiply by seven will give us close to half a million Naira, the same operation was roll over for a piece of chopped sugar cane and bread differently.
All of these scenarios were done by the second in command of the Ori Oke Ogo prophet from Ibadan.
The popular radio station prophet usually arrived to the program by 3:30am and will get to singing till about 4:00pm and will occasionally pick some individuals from the down stage on to the stage prophetical in the course of his ministration to access them, forecasting and confirming to them about their past life to confirm some things he claimed to have seen in the spirit about them during praying time, some he would ask what work they do, others he would go straight to say” you are doing so- so work and the one would, yes sir,- you are right sir, and ask them to put their two hands on their head and pray some specific prayer point and tell them to drop off the stage, other time he may tell another to wait on the stage. He does that as he is moved by his spirit anyway, and so on till the very bright A.m.
But on till the suppose last night of the program the prophet who promised to give gift of Christmas Rice but failed doing so to the congregation said to the fainting congregation that “ God told him” to extend the program one more night which is psychosis. How can you just suddenly come up with that to the people who have budget themselves for a three days visit to Lagos to spend three days and three night in such a place where most slept on the bear ground all the way from Ibadan, according to correspondences, the largest population of the congregation of the program are from Ibadan which is evidently shown as said by all who were interrogated on the stage by the prophet himself during the course of his ministration on stage, they confirmed having heard the prophet speak on radio and so decided to come to his night vigil program in order to obtain the chance to meet him one on one for financial help.
When he pulled anyone up on his stage, he will get into interrogation with them and they all said it, I am from somewhere not from Lagos but places mentioned are away from Lagos and I could vividly see that these guys are not smiling at all even in the midst of the congregation were bad odors emitting from the midst, at two different days he announced to give the sum of five hundreds of thousand Naira to help two people who he said got God’s favor to get that from him. On the extended day my self was there and in my presence he announced to give one young adult lady in white garment attire who said she got married in mfm with her husband who also was an mfm member but have long left for another church and since been looking for opportunity to meet the prophet Sam Ojo, she repeatedly said I have being seeking to meet you since I heard you on radio, I thought Prophet Sam Ojo is an elderly man but you are a fine boy,-“ Sam Ojo is a fine boy” and the whole congregation yell for that, that was her statement on the stage.
The transfer of the said cash to her was in battle with success till I left because the day was breaking fast so I have to take my leave but before I left I witnessed him accusing an elderly woman of witchcraft who was close to the stage just like every other people surrounding the stage as he sings and prophesy claiming that she is throwing arrows at him and he ordered his security personnel to cast her out of the stadium, he then gave one of his men two thousand Naira to give to the mama for her transportation and take her outside of the stadium gate.
Later in the bright morning a correspondence revealed that he quarrel with his bouncers for allowing people to move close to his truck car and was chasing some that went to him away and others went to his second in command charging him to give them transportation money to get back to where they have come from because they have given their last money on them since they were the one who ask them to give the largest denomination of cash in their pocket for offering and now there is nobody to help them get back home so he should help them too. The correspondence confirmed to me that the “Prophet Sam Ojo”ask his security personnel to drag an old woman on the ground to the stadium gate in the open square for accusation of witchcraft.
