The most obvious effect of the industrial carbon emission on the climate upon other aspects of the physical environment is on the natural vegetation, but it is recognized that climate is a very important factor in the formation of soils especially in tropical areas but in the effect of the industrial carbon emission upon the soil, therefore silica from the surface of the soil leached downward which makes cultivation impossible. Climate also influences economic development and the prospect for human settlement. In farming, the dominance of either crop production or livestock rearing depends largely on a normal climatic condition, there is also a close relationship between climatic conditions and the incidence of human and animal diseases such as those transmitted by the Anopheles mosquito (malaria) and the Glossina or tsetse fly (trypanosomiasis and sleeping sickness). Thus, the nature and extent of the farmer and the herdsmen conflict across the country ,itself a reflection, among other things of unhealthy and unpleasant climatic conditions, are critical aspects of national situation in modern Nigeria, and very relevant to the problems of intertribal corporation and economic advancement in Nigeria.
