I’d say the mistake we make daily is disagreeing to listen to our body and quickly adjust to the changes in our biological system as we age therefore our adult life will be nothing short of disaster with so many incidents popping up at our fault. It is very possible to focus solely on the kind of food you eat especially when you are in your forties and above. Being in the youth was fun and exciting but also tough more so due to unseemly decorous way, you decide to take not exactly evasive actions but mostly optimize your position as youth gradually leading to disaster we nurse at adult age from food as its mostly happen. Now you are an adult eating every food may not be the best for you at your older age because your bodily system is never the same as you were in your thirties, not every meal that appeal to the eye satisfy your biological system.
There is recipe for the boys and girls differently a recipe for papa, mama, grandma’s and grandpa’s this you should not miss, this is one of the formal education you should have with your emotional education, don’t just eat everything even now that you are out of your optimize position. The so called unique menu might not be the right for your present age, adjust your perception about food don’t be pitchforked into feeling you re gaining some moral and growing in luxury way longing for every cuisines.
Don’t eat everything and if you must eat all now in your early to mid-forties try irrigation system .You must take much water before and after every meal but from your late sixties irrigation can disprove.
So many are not nutritionally minded adult men and could lose once party with assorted food is introduced thereabout inevitably cut into eating and drinking disorderly (which can other wisely be term as food abuse) leading to nothing short of general anatomy problem.
