  Responsibilities

   1. overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, expediting customers' orders as needed, and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers.
•  2. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant kitchen to determine whether proper standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
•  3. Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
